1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the sphspin platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the sphspin website from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sphspin ("we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the sphspin Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, or be a Philippine citizen or permanent resident accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sphspin, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by sphspin, PAGCOR, or any other gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

sphspin reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) sphspin account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. sphspin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sphspin login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. sphspin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify sphspin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

sphspin is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on sphspin is ₱20. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). sphspin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposit processing times vary by method; e-wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) are typically instant.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in your sphspin account dashboard. sphspin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on sphspin are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). sphspin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

sphspin employs fraud detection systems to protect the integrity of the Platform. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or money laundering will be immediately suspended, reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities, and all funds may be forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sphspin offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your sphspin account wallet upon meeting the stated qualifying conditions.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• sphspin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• sphspin reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.
• Players must be 21 years of age or older to claim any bonus or participate in any promotion on sphspin.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sphspin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sphspin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

sphspin's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sphspin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

sphspin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

sphspin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the sphspin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sphspin Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with sphspin through our customer support team. sphspin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of a dispute.

For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process.
